Terms & Conditions – Fizz4Fashion (India Only)

By accessing or using Fizz4Fashion, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • Fizz4Fashion sells custom-printed products. All products are made on demand after your order is confirmed.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available. Only prepaid orders are accepted.

  • By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide (name, email, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.

2. Product Information

  • We make every effort to display product images, colors, and sizes accurately.

  • Slight variations may occur due to printing or screen settings.

  • All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in INR.

  • Payments are processed via secure gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree).

  • You authorize Fizz4Fashion to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.

  • No product will be manufactured or shipped until payment is successfully confirmed.

4. Orders & Cancellation

  • Orders are custom printed, so cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellation is no longer possible.

  • To request cancellation, contact support@fizz4fashion.com immediately with your order ID.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs on Fizz4Fashion are the property of Fizz4Fashion or licensed appropriately.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or resell designs without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fizz4Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or factors outside our control.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of products.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Refund & Shipping Policy – Fizz4Fashion (India Only)

Effective for all orders placed on https://fizz4fashion.com

1. Production & Shipping Time

  • Production Time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4–6 business days (within India)

  • Total Delivery: 6–10 business days

Note: Times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

2. Shipping Partners

  • Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses. Fizz4Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Prepaid Only: No COD.

  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Refunds, if eligible, are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Custom Print Mistakes: If a shirt is printed incorrectly due to our error, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Size/Color Discrepancies: Since all products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns for size or color changes unless there is a printing error.

Tip: Include a size guide on the product page to reduce mismatched orders.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately.

  • We will work with the logistics partner to replace or refund the order, depending on the situation.
