Terms & Conditions – Fizz4Fashion (India Only)

By accessing or using Fizz4Fashion, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • Fizz4Fashion sells custom-printed T-shirts on demand.

  • All products are printed only after your payment is confirmed.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available. Only prepaid orders are accepted.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that your information (name, email, phone, and shipping address) is accurate.

2. Product Information

  • Product images and descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

  • Slight variations in color or print may occur due to printing or screen differences.

  • All sizes are approximate; please refer to the size guide before ordering.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in INR.

  • Payments are processed via secure gateways (Razorpay or Cashfree).

  • No order will be printed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

  • By placing an order, you authorize Fizz4Fashion to charge your selected payment method.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once production begins (after 24 hours), cancellation is not possible.

  • To request cancellation, contact support@fizz4fashion.com immediately with your order ID.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if your order qualifies (e.g., printing error or damaged package).

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

  • Returns or refunds are not available for size or color change requests, as all products are custom printed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated production: 2–4 business days

  • Estimated shipping: 4–6 business days (within India)

  • Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; Fizz4Fashion is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs are the property of Fizz4Fashion or properly licensed.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of designs is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fizz4Fashion is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or factors beyond our control.

  • We are not responsible for damages due to misuse of the product.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
